A van drove into a restaurant terrace in central Brussels on Friday afternoon, leaving six individuals with minor accidents, in line with police.
The incident occurred round 13:00 CEST on Rue Saint-Michel, close to the town’s buying district.
It is unclear at this stage whether or not it was a deliberate act or an accident.
Police mentioned the motive force of the automobile fled the scene after the incident, which left two institutions broken, Le Corbeau and Metropolis Pizza.
Reporting from the scene, Euronews correspondent Méabh Mc Mahon mentioned the buying district was now calm and again to regular.
