Ex-Formulation One boss Bernie Ecclestone set to go on trial for tax fraud

Former Formulation One boss Bernie Ecclestone is ready to go on trial on Monday within the UK for alleged tax fraud.

The 91-year-old is accused of failing to declare €400 million in abroad belongings. He has denied the cost.

Prosecutors declare Ecclestone falsely represented his wealth between July 2013 and October 2016, when British tax officers carried out a worldwide investigation into his funds.

Ecclestone allegedly didn’t declare a belief in Singapore with a checking account containing about €650 million when requested if he was concerned in any trusts overseas.
